Do I need to prepare identification documents?

Yes, it is required. Medical institutions in Taiwan (including cosmetic surgery clinics) are legally required to register their basic information. Foreigners must bring their passports or residence permits (ARC) for initial registration.

Where is the clinic located in Taipei? What's the most convenient way to get there?

The clinic is located on Guangfu South Road (next to the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall).

• MRT: Take the Blue Line to "Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall Station," and walk for about 3-5 minutes from Exit 2 (it's located above McDonald's).

• Taxi: It's recommended to show the driver the address "2F-5, No. 288, Guangfu South Road, Da'an District, Taipei City," or search for "iSKIN."
